Unlike commercial chocolate, it is minimally processed and rich in minerals like magnesium, iron and calcium. It contains phenylethylamine (PEA) and anandamide (the "bliss molecule") to naturally elevate mood, while theobromine provides a gentle, calming energy boost without the crash. Cacao supports focus, heart health and emotional balance, making it a powerful ally for deep, intentional experiences and inner exploration.Your organic, ceremonial-grade Peruvian cacao (30–40g) will be prepared with organic spices and cashew milk (suitable for vegans).
